Last April 18, 2023, at Novotel Hotel, Cubao, Quezon City, Sparkle GMA Artist Center launched their newest set of young talents which they call Sparkle Teens.

Here are the names of the male Sparkle Teens:

• Aidan Veneracion
• James Graham

And here are the names of the female Sparkle Teens:

• Charlie Fleming
• Princess Aaliyah
• Keisha Serna
• Waynona Collings
• Liana Mae
• Naomi Park
• Aya Domingo
• Gaea Mischa
• Selina Griffin
• Ashley Sarmiento

If you’re wondering, why make it 19 and not do 20 instead? Because it should have been 20. But Andrei Sison passed away due to a car accident. He didn’t even had the chance to see himself perform on All-Out Sundays and Sparkle Teens’ official music video.

But moving forward, you’ll feel the youthfulness with these teenagers. They’re energetic, full of hope and very enthusiastic of what tomorrow will bring to them. They were like that during the media launch and it’s kind of contagious.

Sparkle’s Assistant Vice President Ms. Joy Marcelo believes that the talent agency has prepared Sparkle Teens well enough for them to take on any challenge that the industry throws their way. With nothing to dull their shine, these teens will sparkle!

“We had these kids go through months of intense workshops before their launch as Sparkle Teens. They trained with the best acting, singing and dancing coaches to help them become the stars that they’re meant to be. No easy task but they pulled through really well. Ask any of them to perform and they will deliver, that’s how confident I am with the caliber and star power of our Sparkle Teens. And it’s a big plus that these kids genuinely love to perform – they are such a joy to watch!”

Favorite memory of showbiz life so far

It seems that while they entered showbiz not at the same time, most of them agree that they’re favorite memory of showbiz life so far is when they prepared and performed on All-Out Sundays.

Aidan Veneracion: “Siguro as a group, ‘yung pinaka-memorable para sa akin is ‘yung preparation namin for AOS. Kasi ‘yun talaga ‘yung grabe, araw-araw kami nagkikita simula araw hanggang gabi hanggang mag-perform na kami sa AOS. ‘Yun ‘yung dream naming lahat na makapag-perform kami. That time memorable din para sa’kin ‘yung birthday ko. First time ko din kasi mag-celebrate ng birthday ko tapos nagre-rehearse kami for AOS.”

James Graham: “Para sa akin, lahat naman po memorable. Pero pinaka-favorite ko is nung nalaman naming lahat na malo-launch na po kami. Lagi po kami nag-uusap na sana ma-launch tayo magkakasama kasi matagal na po namin ito pinag-uusapan at hinihintay pero there’s more to come.”

Lee Victor: “For me naman po, siyempre memorable ‘yung workshop. Pero for me, ‘yung pinaka, na sana palagi na ulit is ‘yung at the end of the day, pagkatapos ng workshop, uwian na pero we stayed. Nagsasayawan kami, naglalaro, nagchi-chikahan, nag-aasaran, food trip. We enjoy each other’s company so much. That’s my favorite.”

Selina Griffin: “In my opinion, the most memorable moment for me is seeing everybody on TV because I’ve never been on TV before. When I saw myself on TV nung AOS, sabi ko, ‘oh my gosh. This is it na talaga. We’re there on stage!’ This specific moment (media launch) is actually very special to me.”
