From the family animated movie Minions, to the aca-amazing Pitch Perfect and the perfect date night movie 50 First Dates, CreamOholics enjoyed a unique bonding experience as Cream-O hosted a day of outdoor movie watching and cookie munching with the Cream-O Flix Fest, held recently at the Quezon Memorial Circle.
A rather unusual way of bonding with your loved ones may it be your family or special someone, the Cream-O Flix Fest kept everyone entertained throughout the exciting day with three movies in a row. Kids and kids-at-heart watched “Minions” while teens sang their heart out with “Pitch Perfect.” Capping-off Cream-O’s first-ever outdoor movie marathon event was the well-loved romantic-comedy “50 First Dates” starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.
The Cream-Ofied Creations booth let Creamoholics jazz-up their well-loved cookies in four easy steps: choose, dip, sprinkle and drizzle. First, they choose their favorite Cream-O variant (Vanilla, Choco Fudge, Deluxe, Crincles, Chocolate Chip, Cookies ‘n Cream and Choco ‘n Berries) and dip it in rich chocolate (milk, dark or white), peanut butter or whipped cream. They add extra color, texture and flavor to their creations with a wide variety of toppings, and even drizzled on some delicious chocolate, caramel or strawberry syrup.
Aside from the flicks, guests participated in other fun activities such as “Unlock the Popcorn Stash” and “Guess the Movie” trivia game. They also captured moments and personalized their images through the “I Love Cream-O” photo booth. Furthering the excitement were live acoustic band performances and raffle draws, where lucky winners won Fujifilm Instax mini cameras and Robinsons gift certificates.
This is an event that will interest movie lovers like me, as outdoor screenings are rare in the Philippines, what more if snacks and games are just few steps away.
