Amara Shia celebrates five years of elegance and excellence in luxury jewelry

More than just a night of glitz and glamour, or sparkles and dazzles, the fifth anniversary of luxury jewelry brand Amara Shia celebrated the relationship built with clients and friends that helped Amara Shia achieve what they are right now.

“Si Amara, nagstart lang siya as a passion. Passion ko lang mag-benta kasi to be honest, I started selling online as a reseller. I started ten years ago, after five years, I started creating the Amara Shia. My husband, siya talaga ‘yung naging mentor ko. Sabi niya kasi, ten years ago, sabi niya, ‘yung online mawawala na, so mag-start ka ganito (other businesses). Nakikinig naman ako pero late na. Sobrang thankful ako kasi nandiyan siya to guide me. Siguro ginuide lang talaga kami ni Lord kasi, year 2023, nag-start kami with our suppliers of gold. And then, after that, kahit nagkaroon ng second thoughts ‘yung partnership namin with Sam ang naging pinakamagandang desisyon namin. From local, naging national tayo and hindi namin in-expect na mage-expand tayo hanggang international. And from there, nagtayo na tayo ng sarili nating production house,” Ms. Shina Aquino, Amara Shia CEO, shares to the audience.

Amara Shia, one of the country’s leading names in luxury jewelry, proudly marks its 5th anniversary with an exclusive, invitation-only gala event to be held at the prestigious Okada Manila on May 27, 2025. This milestone event will gather Amara Shia’s most valued VIP clients for an evening of elegance, appreciation, and celebration.

In addition, the brand teased a P1,000,000 raffle prize pool lined up for its upcoming live selling events this June, as part of the anniversary celebration extended to its wider community online.

The event also featured two major announcements that signal a bold new chapter for the brand:

• The soon-to-open Amara Shia BGC branch is set to bring the brand’s signature experience to one of Metro Manila’s most upscale districts.

• The official launch of Amara Shia’s Production House, a creative expansion focused on content creation, storytelling, visual branding. and quality service area.

“This evening is a celebration of the relationships we’ve built over the last five years,” said Shina, CEO of Amara Shia. “As we look ahead, we’re excited to deepen these connections and continue delivering excellence, not only in our pieces but in every experience we create.”

During the 5th Anniversary celebration of Amara Shia, brand ambassadors Sanya Lopez and Jenela shared in Japan how they felt about being part of the five-year journey of the luxury jewelry brand.

So, sobrang pasasalamat ko talaga, almost two years na akong ambassador.

When asked, why did Ms. Shina chose Sanya and Jenela as their ambassadors, “Sa una talaga, ang makikita mo, pretty, sikat sila, pero along the way na matagal na ‘yung relationship namin, hindi na siya ganun. Sa dami ng nakausap ko, sa dami ng naging influencers na naka-work namin, si Sanya and si Jenela iba talaga kasi ‘yung small things man o big things, grateful sila sa lahat. Sa ngayon, hindi na siya business, more on the relationship na sobrang hirap tibagin. Sila ang sobrang nag-trust sa brand and sobrang thankful ako,” Ms. Shina answers.
