The multiple award-winning series Britain’s Got Talent, which has shot international sensations like Paul Potts, Susan Boyle, Tokio Myers to fame, will be returning to AXN for its 13th Season this April.
The current series will be co-hosted by Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly and anchored by a panel of well-loved judges – Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams – as they take their seats on the judging panel, sieving through scores of talented acts and beyond for the ultimate winner of Britain’s Got Talent 2019.
Over the past few months, the world’s favorite talent competition show had auditioned thousands of hopeful talents in the UK, promising to thrill AXN viewers with a range of acts that are sure to wow them – from singers and dancers to magicians and comedians, viewers can look forward to peculiar and sometimes eccentric acts that will leave them at the edge of their seats.
“AXN is pleased to air three major versions of the Got Talents format – Asia’s Got Talent, an original production produced by AXN; America’s Got Talent; and Britain’s Got Talent – which have been wildly successful. Britain’s Got Talent was well received by our viewers when it first premiered on AXN in 2018. This year, we are holding our breaths for even wackier and more entertaining acts to be belted out,” said Virginia Lim, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Networks and Distribution, Asia, Sony Pictures Television. “We believe this offering will strengthen AXN’s position as a premium channel, the true home of talent.”
This year’s series is sure to provide even more must-see moments. Britain’s Got Talent Season 13 will premiere on Sunday, 7 April 2019 at 8:10 p.m. on AXN, within 24 hours of the UK telecast.
