Viber Offers Free Calls to Countries Affected by US Immigration

Viber has announced that in the light of the US immigration ban it will be offering free calls to the countries affected by this.

“In light of recent events in the United States, we are now offering free calls to any landline or mobile number between the United States and Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen so that those affected will now have one less barrier to cross when trying to reach their loved ones.”

This includes free calls to mobile and landline in the following countries: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.

The offer will  be available for the foreseeable future with no particular end date being announced by Viber.
