Under the theme “Future Forward,” Salvo Week highlighted Santé’s long-term commitment to innovation and sustainability. The event moved beyond simple motivation, unveiling systemic upgrades designed to make the Santé community smarter, faster, and more globally competitive.
“This isn’t just about upgrading systems or launching new plans,” says Santé President and CEO Joey Marcelo. “This is about future-proofing our community—making sure every Santé business owner is equipped, empowered, and inspired to win not just today, but for the long term.”
The festivities began with a prestigious Gala Night at the Marriott Hotel Manila Grand Ballroom. The evening was dedicated to the organization’s top achievers, headlined by the Santé Elite Awards, which honored the Top 30 earners of the past year for their discipline and grit.
Technological Breakthroughs: Santé Next AI & EDGE
The momentum culminated on February 8 at the World Trade Center for the 19th Salvo National Sales Convention (NASCON). It was here that Marcelo introduced two game-changing developments:
- Santé Next AI: A comprehensive systems overhaul that leverages intuitive technology to help distributors manage and scale their businesses with unprecedented efficiency.
- Santé EDGE: A redesigned compensation plan engineered to maximize earning potential and reward sustainable, long-term business growth.
“We studied the future of direct selling and built a system that allows our distributors to move faster and grow with confidence,” Marcelo noted.
What is Sante Next AI?
“For us kasi, the reason why Sante succeeded because we have a horse with four strong legs. The four strong legs are: the company, the product, the compensation plan and the system. So, for Sante Next AI, we’ve innovated the four legs of the horse. For the company, siguro ang biggest news diyan is now, we’re DSAP (Direct Selling Association of the Philippines) approved. We’ve changed our compensation plan. Revolutionized our compensation plan so that it will be globally accepted. Kasi ang goal naman namin talaga from day 1 is to be a global player. I would like our business owners to be on top of the world. Product, we’re about to launch a new product within the year. The IT system, we have a 24-year old IT system that we tried to totally change in just a matter of one year. So, our 24-year old IT system, ini-scrap namin ‘yan and the Sante Next AI will develop a new IT system. The new system is now AI-capable. Very challenging, nakakatakot siya, but at the end of the day, we need to make that bold decision for us to move forward. And I think, this bold decision of ours, we’re 90% there, and I think within a month or two, we have a system that will be at par sa malalaking international companies,” Marcelo shares.

Perhaps the most significant announcement of the week was Santé International’s official induction as an accredited member of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines (DSAP).
This achievement is a historic first: Santé is now the only barley-based direct selling company admitted into the DSAP roster. This accreditation aligns the company with global industry leaders and reinforces its commitment to ethical business practices and consumer trust.
