Why The Next Ones?
“New generation of music,” answers singer and songwriter Isha Ponti.
“Ang goal namin ni Isha ay sumunod as the next generation artists,” newcomer Andrea Gutierrez adds.
“And pave the way to the next generation of music,” Isa continues.

Fame is now a good content within reach. With the internet making everything easy, including being noticed by almost everyone. But talent can’t be obtained by anyone. Real talent requires nurturing; it requires investment, not just monetary but with time and effort.
The Next Ones concert is happening on December 13, 2025, 8PM at the Music Museum, with guests Aquila Packing, Nathan Randal, Graciel Hizon, and Raymond Gorospe, with Rey Valera as their special guest. Maurice, DIV9, and Azter will be the opening acts for the concert.

Along with the news of the concert is the launch of Isha’s newest single – a Christmas song titled ‘Wala Ka sa Pasko.’ Watch as she performs her new song below:
When did Isha start writing music?
”Nung seven years old pa lang ako, may ginawa na kami ng coach ko sa voice lesson na kanta but there was a problem with the recording company na hindi na namin na-document ‘yung song. So, wala na siya. But I started composing songs at the age of 13 at na-produce lang siya nung 2021,” Isha shares.
Did she try joining songwriting competitions?
“Hindi pa. Naririnig ko ‘yung Himig Handog kay Moira dela Torre but I haven’t got the chance to join because I was busy sa school. Priority ko kasi ‘yung school, that’s why I haven’t joined any local competitions kahit Tawag ng Tanghalan,” Isha answers.
How about Andrea? Did she join any singing competitions?
“Nag-start ako nung nanalo ako sa Asia’s Best Singing Competition. Actually, dun kami nag-meet ni Isha kasi Season 1 winner siya and Season 2 winner ako. Tapos same kami before ng voice coach,” Andrea shares.
Speaking of “next ones,” who are the artists Isha and Andrea want to follow?
“Ako si Sarah Geronimo talaga. Mula bata pa lang ako, idol ko na talaga si Sarah and Sharon Cuneta. ‘Yung dad ko kasi mahilig sa songs ni Sharon Cuneta,” Isha shares.
“Ako naman si Miss Lani Misalucha. Before kasi ako mag-stick sa Bossa Nova, ang kinakanta ko ‘yung ‘Tila,’ mga kanta ni Ms. Lani. Siya po ang idol ko,” Andrea answers.
So are we expecting performances using the songs of Sarah G and Ms. Lani Misalucha at The Next Ones concert?
“Secret po. Kasi ang goal namin sa concert na ito is mas modern music pero may mga old music din naman,” Isha and Andrea answers.
Audience can expect performances from different genres, including pop, rock, bossa nova, hip hop and more, and a duet featuring Isha and Andrea performing a song from Wicked.

All signs point to the Music Museum on December 13th for the next big wave in Filipino music. Isha Ponti and Andrea Gutierrez represent not just fresh talent, but the vital, evolving voice of OPM. From Ponti Entertainment Production, “The Next Ones” promises to be more than just a concert; it is a preview of the genre’s powerful trajectory, a chance to witness the making of musical history in real-time.
