Tambuli Awards, a body that recognizes excellence in marketing campaigns and sustainability programs of brands and businesses, honored Century Pacific Food Inc. for “Sustenido Bulan”, a program that helps small-town fishermen in Bulan, Sorsogon.

Tambuli Awards bestowed to Century Pacific Food Inc. a Gold for Inclusive Growth and Silver for Care for the Environment. The Sustenido Bulan program achieved the following results: a 10 percent decrease in fish rejection rate, the creation of 850 jobs, and an increase in income for over 200 fishermen. Partners included the local government of Bulan, Sorsogon, and the Bureau of Fisheries. Together with stakeholders, Century Pacific Food Inc advocates for responsible and sustainable fishing and quality food for all Filipinos.
