It’s been five years since we’ve heard of the project and now, GMA Network is about to release its first zombie-inspired story series The Cure starring Jennylyn Mercado and Tom Rodriguez.

The primetime series is being directed by Mark A. Reyes (Encantadia) and also stars Ken Chan, LJ Reyes, Arra San Agustin, Mark Herras and Ms. Jaclyn Jose.

It is expected to air on GMA Telebabad this April.
